the next installment in the nebraska story comes in the form of 'the great divide', the new single. the band come from the new cross area (a breeding ground for raw indie talent) and can definately carry a tune. 'the great divide' comes on like the editors at their full anthemic best with a tight groove and that all important, huge chorus. 'a burial' on the flip rolls along on a military beat and acoustic guitars while the melodies just keep on coming. big band, big record. nice coloured vinyl too.
