45 Grave

45 Grave is a legendary band that emerged during the Punk movement in Los Angeles from 1979 to 1990. Known for their unique blend of Ghoul Rock, they were pioneers of the Deathrock/Gothic genre. The original lineup consisted of *Dinah Cancer* on vocals, *Paul Cutler* on guitar, *Rob Graves* on bass, and *Don Bolles* on drums.

Their song "Partytime (Zombie Version)" gained widespread recognition when it was featured in the movie soundtrack for RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD. This led to its rotation on MTV in 1984 and the debut of their song "Evil" on MTV's The Cutting Edge in 1985.

Renowned for their influence on numerous bands emerging from the L.A. scene, 45 Grave continues to make an impact today. Their hit song "Partytime" is still licensed for TV and radio ads. Despite facing setbacks with the tragic passing of bassist Rob Graves in 1991, the band has made a triumphant return with lead vocalist Dinah Cancer at the helm. The current lineup includes Dylan Thomas on guitar, Brandden Blackwell on bass, and Tom Coyne on drums.
