Combichrist

Combichrist was formed as a side project of Icon of Coil frontman Andy LaPlegua. After the disbanding of Icon of Coil in 2006, Combichrist became Andy's full-time focus. Since their debut in 2003, the band has gained a passionate following and evolved from a solely electronic act to an industrial band fusing aggrotech and hard rock/metal.

Over the years, Combichrist has incorporated live drums, keyboards, and guitar into their music. They have performed as a solo act, duo, trio, four-, five-, and six-piece band, even with a full orchestra backing them. The 'Evolution' tour in 2012 showcased this versatility by having band members join and exit the stage to replicate various moments in the band's history.

Their studio albums starting from No Redemption (2013) have seen Combichrist experimenting with more traditional metal elements while blending electronica and metal in We Love You (2014). Their latest album This Is Where Death Begins (2016) moves towards industrial sound.
