Electrelane

In 1998, drummer Emma Gaze and multi-instrumentalist Verity Susman formed the British indie rock band Electrelane in Brighton, England. With various personnel changes over the years, including guitarist Mia Clarke replacing Debbie Ball, the band released their debut album. Bassist Rachel Dalley played on early singles and the first two studio albums, "Rock it to the Moon" and "The Power Out." In 2004, fan-turned-member Ros Murray took over bass guitar duties. After a last home show in Brighton in 2007, Electrelane went on an indefinite hiatus.

The band reformed briefly in 2011 for a few gigs and summer festivals. The following year saw more summer shows, including performances in Australia and Hong Kong. Since then, Electrelane has returned to an indefinite hiatus after that final tour. In 2013, record label Too Pure reissued their studio albums on vinyl.
