Help Yourself, also known as "The Helps," were an English rock band of the early 1970s. Their music style evolved from American-flavored country-rock to acid-drenched psych. The band consisted of Malcolm Morley on keyboards, guitar, and vocals; Richard Treece on guitar, bass, and vocals; Dave Charles on drums, percussion, and vocals; Ken Whaley on bass; Paul Burton on bass, guitar, and vocals; Jonathan "Jojo" Glemser on guitar; Ernie Graham on guitar and vocals; Kevin Spacey on drums; and Sean Tyla on guitar and vocals.
