Belbury Poly is the musical project of Jim Jupp, who co-runs the Ghost Box record label with Julian House. His music evokes the experimental sounds of the 60s avant-garde, with a blend of churning synths and dreamy analogue explorations. Drawing inspiration from artists like Raymond Scott and the BBC Radiophonic Workshop, Belbury Poly creates off-key melodies, muted rhythms, and an atmosphere that is both hopeful and spooky.
