300 Entertainment is a music label and talent management agency that was co-founded by Kevin Liles, Lyor Cohen, Todd Moscowitz, and Roger Gold. Established in 2012 and incorporated as a limited liability company in 2014, the label's releases were distributed by Atlantic Recording Corporation until 2021 when Warner Music Group acquired 300 for $400 million. Known for their work with highly acclaimed artists such as Highly Suspect, Coheed And Cambria, Panama, Young Thug, Gunna, Fetty Wap, Cheat Codes, and Megan Thee Stallion.

In 2022, Kevin Liles became the chairman and CEO of 300 Elektra Entertainment (3EE), which merged 300 with Elektra under WMG. Lyor Cohen left the company in 2016 to become head of global music at YouTube. Todd Moscowitz launched his own music company called Alamo Records in 2015. Roger Gold served as vice president of 300 Entertainment until becoming SVP of Columbia Records in 2020.
