Drawing Room Records

Drawing Room Records is an independent music label that was founded by Jeff Kuykendall in 1997 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Initially focusing on indie and emo music from local bands, the label has since evolved to embrace experimental and outsider sounds with a unique twist of pop and rock. After a hiatus, Drawing Room Records was revived by Jeff in Brooklyn, New York in 2011. The label has been home to talented artists such as !!!, The Body, Express Rising, American Princes, and The RVNG label. Doormat Records serves as its sister label with a focus on heavier rock and punk.

Throughout its history, Drawing Room Records has been instrumental in launching the careers of various musicians who have gone on to pursue different projects. Notably, individual artists and participants from earlier releases have found success beyond the label's realm. Presently based in Brooklyn, New York City, Drawing Room Records continues to curate innovative music that pushes boundaries while maintaining a strong connection to its indie roots.

Please note that there is no Draw 4 release under the early Draw # Series. Additionally, both Brad Laner and 500mg are associated with DR00005 under the DR0000 # Series due to an error made by the label during their classification process.
