BMG Rights Management, formerly known as Bertelsmann Music Group, is a global music conglomerate with a rich history in the industry. Originally formed in 1985 as a joint venture between Bertelsmann AG and RCA, BMG has since evolved into a powerhouse of music production and distribution.

In 1986, Bertelsmann acquired full ownership of RCA and Arista Records through the purchase of their joint venture's stock from General Electric. The following year, these labels were merged under the umbrella of Bertelsmann Music Group (BMG), solidifying its position as a major player in the music world.

In 2004, BMG joined forces with Sony Music to create Sony BMG Music Entertainment. However, in 2008, Bertelsmann sold its stake in the company, leading to the formation of BMG Rights Management. Today, BMG continues to thrive as a leading record label and distributor worldwide.

Double Exposure is a soul disco vocal quartet that was formed in Philadelphia in 1968. Originally known as The United Image, they recorded for Stax before making their way to Salsoul Records. Their first release for Salsoul Records also happened to be the first commercial 12" single ever released. Producer Norman Harris, whom they had known since 1961, played a pivotal role in introducing them to Salsoul Records and produced all three of their albums. After reuniting in 2010, the original four members of Double Exposure began performing shows again and even recorded a new single called "Lady" in 2012.

Known for their soulful sound and disco flair, Double Exposure has been influential within the music industry. They have shared similarities with artists such as The Salsoul Orchestra, Loleatta Holloway, First Choice, Inner Life, Instant Funk, Crown Heights Affair, MFSB, Jean Carn, Candido, Bobby Thurston, Sharon Redd, Melba Moore,Ashford & Simpson,T-Connection,Sky,Gwen Guthrie,J oey Negro,Aurra ,Love Committee,and The Player's Association.

Ten Percent is the debut studio album recorded by Philadelphia-based disco group Double Exposure. Originally released in 1976 on the Salsoul label, the album reached #40 on the US R&amp;B chart (#129 on the Billboard 200). The album features the title track, which peaked at #2 on the Hot Dance chart, #54 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #63 on the Hot Soul Singles chart. Also featuring the singles “Everyman (Has to Carry His Own Weight)” (#8 US Dance), and “My Love Is Free” (#15 US Dance), as well as the group’s incredible rendition of the Four Tops “Baby I Need Your Loving.” Out of print for over 25 years, this limited-edition reissue contains updated cover sleeve artwork and is pressed on opaque light green vinyl.
