Number 95 in the Brazil45 series sees things take an excursion into samba.
'Mar Afunda', what a track! Instantly addictive with its relaxed guitar and Cuica samba-rock beauty and mighty- fne vocal arrangements by Os Novos Crioulos. Taken from their collectible self-titled album that was released on Pirata Records in 1976. Its a track that always works its magic on the dancefloor.
Supersom T.A. keeps things uplifting with its female/ male paired vocal arrangements, key stabs and Cuica. 'Brasileira Roxa' is rich in breezy sunshine vibes. A beautiful slice of feel-good samba that was originally released in 1972 on a compacto 7" via Fermata Records.
