Born on 5 July 1973 in Arklow, County Wicklow, Ireland, she first gained recognition as the lead singer of Moloko before pursuing a successful solo career. Collaborating with renowned electronic music producers such as Matthew Herbert, Richard Barratt, David Morales, and Maurice Fulton, among others.With her unique blend of electronic and pop music influences, Róisín Murphy has carved out a distinctive sound that sets her apart from other artists.
