American singer-songwriter, Taylor Swift, was born on December 13, 1989 in Reading, Pennsylvania. She signed her record deal with Big Machine Records at the age of 15 and released her debut album in October of 2006.

Swift is known for writing or co-writing every song on her albums. She has also released pop remixes of her songs and collaborated with various artists including The Civil Wars, B.o.B., Ed Sheeran, Gary Lightbody from Snow Patrol, Tim McGraw, The National, Bon Iver, HAIM, and Phoebe Bridgers.

Currently re-recording her first six albums after leaving a recording label that sold the rights to Scooter Braun's company. Swift has already released "Fearless," "Red," and "Speak Now" (Taylor's Version), with plans to release "1989" (Taylor's Version) on October 27th, 2023. In 2022, she made history by becoming the first artist ever to occupy all top 10 spots on the Billboard Hot 100 chart with songs from her album "Midnights."

Since 2019, Taylor swift has promised that she would re-record her first six albums in an attempt to regain ownership of her music after Scooter Braun bought her masters. And now comes the 2008 album Fearless in re-recorded form, now expanded to 26 songs and titled Fearless (Taylor’s Version).

Swift writes that the 26 tracks include six that have never been released—“the ones it killed me to leave behind”—written between the ages of 16 and 18. “ "I decIded i want you to have the whole story, see the entire vivid picture, and let you into the entire dreamscape that is my fearless album. that’s why i’ve chosen to include 6 never before released songs on my version of this album. This process has been more fulfilling and emotional than i could’ve imagined and has made me even more determined to re-record all of my music. i Hope you’ll like this first outing as much as i liked traveling back in time to recreate it.
