The Neon Judgement has always been one step ahead. Coming from Leuven, a small town near Brussels, where Dirk and Frank shape their own sound from the start. They released a spellbinding series of albums that offered a bold variety of tracks. “Chinese Black”, “TV Treated” and “Miss Brown” were (and still are) pure underground hits at the height of new wave. It is therefore, no coincidence that they are rightly considered pioneers of the EBM genre.
