Description
Tot Taylor’s new single is a ‘political song about ABBA’. i. e. life is a bit shit at the moment but there’s an ABBA record coming… as in real life there really is. A-side is an all out ‘disco bomber’ - what Eurovision sounds like in 2021 - with the B-side reflecting Tot's state of mind locked up during Lockdown. Neither track will be on the upcoming vinyl LP due in May. Recorded at the legendary RAK Studios, cut @AbbeyRoad, pressed @ The Vinyl Factory.
Tot Taylor is a legendary pop auteur (founder of The Compact Organization and the ‘pre-punk’ group Advert-I-Sing), had a schoolboy band signed to Island and is author of the novel 'The Story of John Nightly’ (Random House), he also curates exhibitions and happenings at Riflemaker gallery in London.
