Rough Trade Club (US): Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Rough Trade Club is a subscription-based membership service operated by ROUGH TRADE RETAIL, LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New York, with services for U.S. members administered via www.roughtrade.com.
By subscribing to the Rough Trade Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
To sign up, you must:
- Reside in the United States.
- Submit accurate and current information when registering.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate your membership if we believe you are in breach of these conditions or misusing the service.

3.2 Billing
- Monthly Plans: Charged on the day of signup and auto-renew on the 1st of each following month.
- Long-Term Plans: Available as quarterly, semi-annual, or annual, billed upfront and auto-renewed on the same schedule.
- All fees are payable in USD and include applicable sales tax.
4. Payments & Renewal
4.1 Accepted Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
4.2 Automatic Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date. Renewal charges will be processed to your saved payment method.
4.3 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund charges already processed.
5. Consumer Rights
5.1 Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with FTC guidance and certain state laws, you may cancel a new subscription within 7 calendar days of sign-up for a full refund, provided you have not used any benefits (e.g., accessed events or received physical items).
5.2 Refunds
Refunds are not issued for partial months, unredeemed perks, or mid-cycle cancellations. Exceptions may be made in cases of billing error or duplicate charges. Contact us within 7 days of the charge for review.
5.3 Extended Subscriptions
If you cancel a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual plan, your benefits will continue through the prepaid period. No partial refunds will be issued unless legally required.

7. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Misuse of your account may result in suspension or termination.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes materially affect your rights (such as pricing or cancellation policies), we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email or your account dashboard.
Continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rough Trade is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
11. Privacy
Your membership and use of www.roughtrade.com are subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
