Jucifer

Jucifer have been defying the limits and expectations of the term 'duo' since their formation in 1993. Known for their brutal beauty and fiery intensity on stage, Jucifer has garnered an ever-increasing buzz and the most loyal of fan bases.

In 1995, Jucifer released their first songs on a fan-funded, independently released 7". They embarked on their first tour in 1996 and completed work on their first full-length album, which was released in 1998 with the help of a friend's funding. The attention they received caught the eye of Capricorn Records who signed them in 1999.

Throughout the years, Jucifer continued to release albums and EPs while touring extensively. In April of 2006, they signed with Relapse Records. Their sophomore release for Relapse focused on French Queen Marie Antoinette and her relationship with Louis XVI during the French Revolution.
