Terry Riley

Terry Riley is a US American composer born on June 24, 1935 in Colfax, California. He is widely recognized as the principal instigator of the minimalist/repetitive music genre. Having studied under Indian classical vocalist Pandit Pran Nath, Riley's unique musical style has captivated audiences worldwide. Since February 2020, he has been residing in Japan.
