How do I sign up?

Can I gift the membership?
If you want to give the membership as a gift, please set up the shipping information with the gift receiver's information, and enter your own in the billing information.
When will I be billed?
Monthly plans are charged on sign-up, then on the 1st of each month. Entry also offers quarterly, 6-month and annual options (billed upfront).
Can I cancel my membership?
Of course. Cancel via your account dashboard or email us at [email protected].
Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged again.
Is shipping free?
Yes, for members in the UK, Channel Islands, USA, Germany and Austria.
How do I update my address or payment info?
Log in at roughtrade.com and update your account details.
What kind of events can I attend?
In-stores, launch parties, signings, listening parties and more. We will send early bird access on select events and monthly access to tickets from our sold-out shows.
