RCA
RCA traces its recorded-music history to the Victor Talking Machine Co., acquired by RCA in 1929. Long known as RCA Victor, it became RCA Records in 1968. The label has since passed through BMG and into Sony Music, and in 2011 Sony folded Jive, Arista, LaFace and J Records into the RCA banner.
