Amy Klein is a poet and songwriter from New Jersey. She started writing poetry when she was five and fell in love with the guitar when she was fifteen. In college, her favorite teacher told her that she wasn't completely crazy for wanting to do two things at the same time, and he suggested that she check out Patti Smith. These days, Amy has produced a body of unusual work, which she is just starting to share with the world. In addition to Amy on guitar and vocals, Amy's live band includes Colin Brooks (The New Same, Sea Ray) on drums, Christian Bongers on bass, and Jeremy Wilms on guitar and keys.
