<p>Atreyu is a five-piece metalcore band from Orange County, California, United States. Formed in 1998, the band consists of vocalist Brandon Saller, guitarists Dan Jacobs and Travis Miguel, bassist Marc McKnight and drummer Kyle Rosa. Originally named "Retribution," they changed their name to Atreyu after discovering another band with the same name. Inspired by the character from The Neverending Story, Atreyu has become known for their powerful sound and energetic performances.</p>

The Curse is the second album from the California metalcore group, Atreyu. Originally released in 2004, the album went on to be RIAA-Certified Gold in the United States and hit #1 on the Billboard Independent Albums chart. The Curse features the singles, “Bleeding Mascara,” “Right Side of the Bed” and “The Crimson.” This 20th Anniversary reissue includes a cover of “You Give Love A Bad Name.”
