This double album pays tribute to Argentine musician and composer Juan Carlos Caceres (1936-2015). Mixing jazz, candombe, milonga, murgas and the rhythms of "Afro-portena" music rooted in the estuary of Rio de la Plata. The album re-edits his most famous themes and unpublished compositions. Tracks have a "variable geometry" : trio, quartet, quintet or larger line-ups. The album brings together excellent musicians from the international world music, tango and jazz scene.
