When it all boils down, yer average band - regardless of size - revolves around the talents of one or two guys; all the other gimokes are just tryin' to keep up and stay outta the way. Which is precisely why the Knickerbockers weren't anybody's "average" band. These four frighteningly (and equally) talented gents created a repertoire that mirrored the best trends of pop and rock throughout the '60s, and all for a label that left the best stuff in the can...until we gotta hold of 'em!
