Peter Katis is a Grammy Award-winning American record producer, audio engineer, mixer, and musician. Katis is best known for working with alternative and indie rock bands including The National, Interpol, Kurt Vile, Stars, Japandroids, Gang Of Youths, Mercury Rev, Twilight Sad, We Were Promised Jetpacks and of course, Frightened Rabbit. He works primarily out of his own residential studio in Bridgeport, CT where Midnight Organ Fight was recorded and mixed. Katis is also still active with his band, The Philistines Jr.
Perhaps best known as the singer of The Hold Steady, Craig Finn is a Minnesota-bred singer/songwriter based in New York City. In 1994, Finn formed Minneapolis indie rock band Lifter Puller, which released 3 albums and an EP. He relocated to New York in 2000 and reunited with Lifter Puller bassist Tad Kubler to form The Hold Steady in 2003, with Kubler now on guitar.. The Hold Steady quickly achieved critical acclaim and a worldwide fan base through their whiskey-fueled rock that got The Hold Steady known as the thinking man’s bar band. Finn released his first solo album in 2012 with three additional solo albums released since 2015 — Faith In The Future, We All Want The Same Things, I Need A New War — which coalesced into a sign of the times musical trilogy.
Pitchfork has described Finn as “a born storyteller who’s chosen rock as his medium.” Craig lives in Brooklyn NY with his girlfriend Angie, cat Tanti and dog Rosalita
Katie Harkin is an English musician and songwriter originally from Leeds. She is best known as a founding member/songwriter of Sky Larkin and as a touring member and collaborator of Courtney Barnett, Sleater-Kinney, Waxahatchee, Kurt Vile, and Wild Beasts.
