In 2016, Octo Octa came out as a transgender woman after starting her journey towards self-discovery in 2012. This personal growth has undoubtedly influenced her artistic expression and added depth to her work.

Alongside her partner Eris Drew, Octo Octa co-founded the record label T4T LUV NRG. This platform allows them to showcase their unique sound and support other artists who share their vision.
