Amy Winehouse

Amy Winehouse was a British R&B/Soul and jazz singer/songwriter, and artist. Born on 14 September 1983 in London, England, she made a significant impact on the music industry during her short life. Her debut album, "Frank" (2003), received critical acclaim and earned her a nomination for the Mercury Music Prize. In 2004, she won an Ivor Novello award for her debut single "Stronger Than Me." Her second album, "Back to Black" (2006), became one of the highest-selling albums of that year.

Tragically, Amy Winehouse passed away at the age of 27 due to accidental alcohol poisoning at her home in Camden, London. Despite her untimely death in July 2011, her legacy as an immensely talented artist continues to resonate with fans worldwide.
