Jim Jones

Jim Jones, born Joseph Guillermo Jones II in The Bronx, New York, is an influential American hip hop recording artist. As a founding member of The Diplomats and co-CEO of Diplomat Records, he has made a significant impact on the music industry. Not only is Jones a talented rapper, but he also showcases his skills as a music video director under the pseudonym CAPO. With his solo albums and collaborations with other artists, Jones has proven himself to be a force to be reckoned with in the world of hip hop.

Raised by his maternal grandmother in Harlem, New York, Jim Jones had humble beginnings. Despite facing challenges growing up, he found solace in music and began honing his craft at an early age. His determination paid off when he released his debut album "On My Way to Church" in 2004. This was followed by successful releases such as "Harlem: Diary of a Summer" and "Hustler's P.O.M.E." which featured the hit single "We Fly High".
