Silverhead

Silverhead were a British band fronted by singer/actor Michael Des Barres. The band members included Stevie Forrest, later replaced by Robbie Blunt, Rod Rook Davies, Nigel Harrison, and Pete Thompson. They played a unique blend of rock music with influences from glam and punk genres.

Formed in the early 1970s, Silverhead quickly gained popularity for their energetic live performances and catchy songs. Their self-titled debut album was released in 1972 and received critical acclaim.

With Des Barres' charismatic stage presence and powerful vocals, Silverhead became known for their dynamic sound and rebellious attitude. Despite their short-lived career, the band left a lasting impact on the music scene and continues to be influential to this day.
