What is the Rough Trade Club?
The Rough Trade Club is our monthly subscription journey. As a member, at the start of every month, you'll be delivered our Album of the Month (CD or LP). We try to make the selection as varied as possible it might be the next chart topper or a new discovery that we cant wait to show people, it will always be something we love, it will always be an exclusive pressing and will always come with some great exclusive bonus material.
Who is the Rough Trade Club for?
Currently the Club is only available within the UK. You can take out a rolling subscription for yourself to enjoy from today.
Can I exchange an album if I really don’t like it?
We hope everyone gives each recommended album a chance to become liked, as favourites often start as the hardest to appreciate. However, if you receive an album as part of your subscription that you either don't like, or have already got, you can return it to us and swap it for anything featured in our Edit here up to a value of £24.99. Items above this value can still be exchanged for, we'll just need to charge for the difference in price. To arrange this swap, simply pop us an email at enquiries@roughtrade.com where our team will be happy to get this sorted for you right away!
When is payment debited from my account?
Payment will be debited from your account at the start of each month with the album arriving with you by the middle of the month.
Can I cancel my monthly membership at any time, without penalty?
Yes, you can pause or cancel your membership at any time.
