Gilles Peterson

Gilles Peterson is a French radio/club DJ, vinyl record collector, and record label owner based in London, UK. Born on 28 September 1964 in Caen, France, he has made significant contributions to the music industry throughout his career.

Peterson's involvement with various labels such as Acid Jazz and Talkin' Loud has showcased his passion for music. He is the owner of Brownswood Recordings and Arc Records. His Brownswood Basement radio show specials feature rare vinyl from his extensive collection stored at his north London studio.
