Here Lies Man

Here Lies Man is an American quintet based in Los Angeles that combines the sounds of West African music with heavy rock. The band, comprised of members from [a10622], released their self-titled debut album in 2017. Since then, they have continued to captivate audiences with their unique blend of genres.

Led by Garcia and cofounder/drummer Geoff Mann (former Antibalas drummer and son of jazz musician Herbie Mann), Here Lies Man has consistently pushed musical boundaries. Their second album, You Will Know Nothing, along with an EP titled Animal Noises, were both released in 2018. In August 2019, they unveiled their third album No Ground To Walk Upon.

Ritual Divination marks a significant milestone for the band as it is their first album recorded as a full 4-piece band. Joining Garcia and Mann are bassist JP Maramba and keyboardist Doug Organ. Together, they create a powerful and immersive musical experience that resonates with fans worldwide.
