His younger sister is Joanne Cash and he also had an older brother named Roy Cash Sr. Additionally, his nephew is Roy Cash Jr. From his first marriage with Vivian Liberto, Johnny Cash had a daughter named Rosanne Cash who became a successful singer-songwriter.
