1. Travis Scott - Astroworld

Travis did it again. Astroworld was highly anticipated and he delivered. Includes some amazing features: Frank Ocean and Drake to say the least.

2. Kid Cudi & Kanye West - Kids See Ghosts

Kid Cudi and YE got us feeling FREE! Kanye delivers after his long hiatus and Cudi got us all in our feelings with his hmmm ahhhhh yeaaaahhhs.

3. Kanye West - Ye

Kanye must have been busy this year as Ye is one of the 4 albums produced by him and on his label G.O.O.D Music. Ye is one of Kanye's shortests projects and songs like Violent Crimes and Ghost Town exposes the world to the softer side of Kanye.

4. Pusha T - Daytona

G.O.O.D ass rap album from Kanye's right hand man, "If you know, you know".

5. Durand Jones & The Indications - Durand Jones & The Indications

In the space of 2 months Durand Jones & The Indications have became one of my favourite bands, and their in-store in May reinforced why they are my favourite at the moment.

6. Blood Orange - Negro Swan

Dev Hynes returns and the chilled out vibes of Negro Swan are perfect for them rainy London days.

7. Denzel Curry - Ta13oo

Ta13oo will start off with Denzel shouting and rapping at the same time and then go into Black Balloons where the tempo slows down and everything is chilled. Thats why Ta13oo stands out as one of the best rap albums of the year. Denzel's creativeness with lyrics is extraordinary.

8. Earl Sweatshirt - Some Rap Songs

The long awaited return from one of Odd Future's best rappers. With only twenty-ish minutes of sound Some Rap Songs contains amazing sounds which contrast Earl's previous work.

9. The Internet - Hive Mind

Odd Future member Syd and her band return with their usual sound. Steve Lacy's guitar solos and additional vocals make Hive Mind really really worth the listen.

10. Petite Noir - La Maison Noir

New Petite Noir mini album is really hard to describe. The upbeat rhythms and guest vocals from Danny Brown make it something special. When he played in-store at East I instantly knew it would make my list.
