Les Disques Du Crepuscule

Les Disques Du Crepuscule is a renowned music label founded by Michel Duval and Annik Honoré, along with the famous illustrator Benoît Hennebert. The label officially started in August 1980 with the release of A Certain Ratio's Shack Up 7". Over the years, Les Disques Du Crepuscule has released nearly 400 titles on vinyl, cassette, and CD, covering a wide range of musical genres from pop to jazz, classical to experimental. They have also ventured into book publishing, video production, and fashion. With their unique presentation of artists and distinctive graphic design, Crépuscule stands out among independent record labels established in the late 70s and early 80s.

Crépuscule maintained strong connections with Factory Records in Manchester while also operating subsidiary labels in various countries including the UK (Operation Twilight and Operation Afterglow), the US (Crepuscule America), France (Crépuscule Section Française), and Japan (Crépuscule au Japon). In 1984, they even opened "Interferences," a cosmopolitan brasserie cum performance space in Brussels.
