Ninja Tune

Ninja Tune is an independent record label based in London, England. Established in 1990 by the duo known as Coldcut, Ninja Tune was created as a platform to release underground music free from the constraints of major labels. Inspired by a visit to Japan, Coldcut sought to pioneer the emerging hip-hop/electro scene of the eighties.

The label's success can be attributed to its constantly growing roster of diverse artists and their innovative approach to music and multimedia. With the combined expertise of Black and More, along with the graphic vision of Openmind and sound business practices, Ninja Tune has become known for producing quality music while providing unparalleled support to its artists.
