Palma Violets

Palma Violets was an English band from Lambeth, London. Formed in 2011 and split up in 2016, the band consisted of Sam Fryer on vocals and guitar, Chilli Jesson on vocals and bass, Pete Mayhew on keyboards, and Will Doyle on drums. After their breakup, Sam, Pete, and Will went on to form *a6687158* with members of *The Big Moon*, while Chilli formed Crewel Intentions.

Known for their energetic performances and indie rock sound, Palma Violets drew inspiration from various genres such as punk rock and garage rock. Their music resonated with fans who enjoyed the sounds of similar artists like Peace, Swim Deep, Spector, Tribes, Mystery Jets, Howler, Jagwar Ma, The Maccabees, The Vaccines,and The Cribs among others.

Although they may no longer be active as a band,Palm Violet's legacy lives on through their music which continues to captivate audiences around the world.
