Plants and Animals is a Canadian indie-rock band hailing from Montréal. The trio, consisting of guitarist-vocalists Warren Spicer and Nicolas Basque, along with drummer-vocalist Matthew Woodley, originally started playing together as kids. In 2008, they burst onto the international music scene and have since become a prominent force in the industry.
