Believe is a European digital music distributor based in Paris, France. It was founded in December 2004 by Denis Ladegaillerie and has since become the French counterpart of Believe Digital in the UK. With a strong presence in the digital music industry, Believe has established itself as an authoritative label, offering a wide range of music from various genres.

In its journey to success, Believe acquired mTunes, its German competitor, in October 2008. This strategic move allowed Believe to expand its reach and strengthen its position within the industry. Additionally, in August 2016, Believe acquired Naïve, another prominent label known for representing talented artists across different musical styles.

With these acquisitions and partnerships, *Believe* has further solidified its reputation as a leading player in the music distribution scene. The label continues to support and promote both emerging and established artists alike while providing fans with access to their favorite music through their e-commerce website.

Avishai Cohen, born in Israel in 1970, is a renowned jazz bassist and composer. His musical journey began on the piano, but it was during his time in St. Louis that he discovered his passion for jazz and switched to the bass. After returning to Israel, Cohen made his way to New York in 1992, where he quickly established himself as a prominent figure in the jazz scene.

Cohen's education at the New School and Mannes College of Music provided him with valuable opportunities to collaborate with fellow musicians such as pianist Brad Mehldau. He also received lessons from esteemed bassist Andy Gonzalez and performed alongside Abie Rodriguez and Ray Santiago in a Latin jazz band. This experience deepened his understanding of both Latin music and jazz.

In 1996, Cohen became a founding member of Chick Corea's sextet 'Origin' after being invited by pianist Danilo Perez to join his trio. Throughout his career, Cohen has had the privilege of accompanying legendary artists like Bobby McFerrin, Roy Hargrove, Herbie Hancock, Nnenna Freelon, Claudia Acuña, Paquito D'Rivera, and even collaborated with pop-soul artist Alicia Keys on a studio recording.

Cohen's talent has earned him recognition as a "jazz visionary of global proportions" by DownBeat magazine. Bass Player Magazine also acknowledged him as one of the 100 Most Influential

Previously unreleased outside of Israel, Sensitive Hours - Shaot Regishot, the Gold album recorded in Hebrew by Avishai Cohen between Gently Disturbed and Aurora, is now available everywhere, on Digipack CD and 180g vinyl.

For the first time in his career, Avishai didn’t make an instrumental album.
