BMG Rights Management is a multinational label that was established as a joint venture between Bertelsmann AG and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. It operates under the name BMG Chrysalis in the USA, UK, and Sweden, following its acquisition of Chrysalis plc. In 2012, Bertelsmann bought out Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.'s share of the company after an unsuccessful attempt to acquire EMI's recorded-music assets. While BMG Rights Management is the successor of the original Bertelsmann Music Group (BMG), it has undergone significant changes and now operates independently with no connection to its former incarnation.

John Fogerty is an American musician, songwriter, and guitarist. Born on May 28, 1945 in Berkeley, California, he is best known as a member of Creedence Clearwater Revival. In 1965, he formed The Golliwogs with his brother Tom Fogerty, Doug Clifford and Stu Cook.
Aside from his musical career, John Fogerty is also a husband and father. He married Julie Lebiedzinski in Elkhart, Indiana on April 20, 1991. Together they have three children: Shane Fogerty, Tyler Fogerty and Kelsy Cameron.
Influenced by various genres including rock and roll and country music, John Fogerty's music resonates with fans worldwide. His unique sound has earned him comparisons to artists such as The Georgia Satellites, George Thorogood &amp; The Destroyers and Joe Walsh among others.

John Fogerty begins a reissue campaign of his solo catalog with this anniversary release of 1997's Blue Moon Swamp. The reissue of Blue Moon Swamp, which won a 1998 Grammy for Best Rock Album and picked up a second nomination for Blueboy in the Best Male Rock Vocal Performance category, features a new cover consisting of the backdrop Fogerty used on that tour.<
