A world music album produced by Sakamoto with a variety of guests and expanding on the world view of his previous album Neo Geo, while the soundtrack album of 'The Last Emperor' was received with great acclaim. The first album signed to Virgin Records in the USA. The album featured Brian Wilson (Beach Boys), Robbie Robertson (ex-The Band), Robert Wyatt (ex-Soft Machine), Youssou N'Dour, Art Lindsay and many other guests. The songs on this album differ between the overseas and Japanese editions. The album includes two Okinawan folk songs and a cover of The Rolling Stones' 'We Love You'.
