Tunng's new Dead Club project is a journey through life, death and grief. From Death Cafes to death cleaning, deep grief and the joy and wonder of living - the album, podcast series and zine explore the great taboos of end of life from angles both familiar and unexpected.

The project has been 2 years in the making and features not just a new album but also an 8 part podcast series produced by the band featuring long-form interviews with experts, writers and thinkers in the field of grief, loss and philosophy. Each episode is dedicated to a different guest, including Derren Brown, Max Porter, Speech Debelle, Kathryn Mannix, Dame Sue Black, Alain de Botton, AC Grayling and Kevin Young. Some of these guests also feature on the album itself.
