Sea Power

Hailing from Cumbria in the northwest UK, Sea Power is a band formed by brothers Yan and Hamilton, along with their schoolfriend Wood. They later added guitarist Noble to the lineup. Originally known as British Air Powers, they relocated to Brighton and changed their name to British Sea Power after one of their demo tracks. Their debut album 'The Decline of British Sea Power' was released in 2003, featuring the hit single 'Carrion'. Over the years, they have gained recognition with albums like 'Open Season', 'Do You Like Rock Music?', and 'Valhall Dancehall'. In August 2021, the band officially became known as Sea Power.

The members of Sea Power include Yan on vocals and guitar, Noble on guitar, Hamilton on bass, vocals, and guitar, Wood on drums, Phil Sumner on cornet and keyboards, and Abi Fry on viola.
