The Dave Clark Five

The Dave Clark Five is an English rock and roll band that was formed in 1958 in Tottenham, London, United Kingdom. The band consisted of five members: Dave Clark on drums, percussions, and vocals; Mike Smith on lead vocals, piano, and organ; Denis Payton on tenor-baritone saxes, acoustic guitar, and vocals; Rick Huxley on bass guitar, acoustic guitar, and vocals; and Lenny Davidson on lead guitar, acoustic guitar, and vocals.

During their active years until their disbandment in 1970, The Dave Clark Five achieved great success with their energetic performances and catchy songs. They were known for hits like "Glad All Over," "Bits and Pieces," and "Catch Us If You Can." Their contribution to the music industry was recognized when they were inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame as performers in 2008.
