The Moldy Peaches

The Moldy Peaches are an American anti-folk / lo-fi act that originated in 1994 as a pseudonym for Adam Green. In 1998, the duo expanded when Kimya Dawson joined as a full member. From 1999 onwards, The Moldy Peaches evolved into a full band with various members playing second guitar, drums, and bass. Their only studio album featured Adam Green, Kimya Dawson, and Chris Barron. Although Barron left in 2001 and the group disbanded in 2004, Dawson and Green reunited multiple times between 2007 and 2011.
