BMG Rights Management, formerly known as Bertelsmann Music Group, is a global music conglomerate with a rich history in the industry. Originally formed in 1985 as a joint venture between Bertelsmann AG and RCA, BMG has since evolved into a powerhouse of music production and distribution.

In 1986, Bertelsmann acquired full ownership of RCA and Arista Records through the purchase of their joint venture's stock from General Electric. The following year, these labels were merged under the umbrella of Bertelsmann Music Group (BMG), solidifying its position as a major player in the music world.

In 2004, BMG joined forces with Sony Music to create Sony BMG Music Entertainment. However, in 2008, Bertelsmann sold its stake in the company, leading to the formation of BMG Rights Management. Today, BMG continues to thrive as a leading record label and distributor worldwide.

The Prodigy is a British electronic group founded in 1990. They made their debut with the release of "What Evil Lurks" EP in 1991. Initially known for their rave/breakbeat sound, they later incorporated rock guitars into their music, resulting in a more mainstream sound with the album "The Fat Of The Land" (1997).

The band is led by Liam Howlett, who handles keyboards, synthesizers, programming, and various other instruments since its inception. Maxim joined as an MC and vocalist shortly after their formation in 1991.

Former members include Keith Flint, who was both a dancer and lead vocalist from 1995 until his tragic death by suicide in 2019. Leeroy Thornhill contributed as a dancer and occasionally played live keyboards from 1990 to 2000. Sharky was one of the original dancers but left before the band signed their record deal.

The Prodigy's seventh studio album, No Tourists is released on their Take Me To The Hospital label via BMG. In a career approaching 30 unpredictable, uncompromising years, The Prodigy have become that rare artist whose influence can be felt across all walks of life. Continually defining (and re-defining) electronic music, the band have clocked up a staggering 6 number 1 albums, played to many millions around the world, and remain as relevant and respected as ever. Though much has changed in the musical and social landscape, what remains a constant is The Prodigy's resolute focus on following their own path, their own way. This, perhaps, is the true meaning of No Tourists, and in 2018 the anger, urgency, and irrepressible spirit of The Prodigy has no doubt never been more needed.
