August 4 2018 in the scorching Berlin sunshine, Faust performed a truly stunning and unique set, featuring iconic material rarely, if ever, performed live. What made this so special was hearing such pieces as “Why Don’t You Eat Carrots?” played live, with the small choir perfecting that part of the song. For those lucky enough to have been there, they witnessed a Faust show never seen before, or ever to be repeated. This CD was recorded on a professional digital recorder (not a phone!!!). It has been lovingly remastered by Amaury Cambuzat, possibly the only person capable of doing so, without compromising the nature of the show. Nothing has been added, so there will be imperfections. It comes packaged in a mini LP gatefold wallet, with a gloss spot varnish.
