Description
Single vinyl edition with new cover for the first and last album Spring by the British band Spring. Published in 1971, it is a melancholic and atmospheric progressive rock album built around rich Mellotron textures, soft symphonic arrangements, and reflective songwriting. Known for its unusual use of three Mellotrons and the drumming of future Dire Straits member Pick Withers, the album blends folk, early prog, and psychedelic influences into a warm, dreamy sound often compared to King Crimson and The Moody Blues. Though initially obscure, it later became a cult classic of early British progressive rock.
