Jarvis Cocker is an English musician, radio presenter, actor, journalist, and writer. Born on September 19, 1963 in Sheffield, Yorkshire, England. At the age of 15, he formed the band Pulp under the original name Arabacus Pulp. In 2002-2003 he took on a disguise as the voice of [a164645]. Recently in 2021, he portrayed the character Tip-Top in Wes Anderson's film The French Dispatch and released an album titled [m2352418] under that character's name.
