John Renbourn

John Renbourn (born 8 August 1944, Marylebone, London, England; died 26 March 2015, Hawick, Scotland) was an English fingerstyle guitarist, singer and songwriter. He gained recognition for his work in the group Pentangle and his collaborations with Stefan Grossman, Bert Jansch and Robin Williamson.

Renbourn's musical style encompassed various genres including folk music, blues, early classical music and world music. His talent as a fingerstyle guitarist and his unique vocal abilities set him apart in the industry.

Throughout his career, Renbourn released numerous solo recordings that showcased his versatility as a musician.
