Julien Dyne

Julien Dyne is a drummer, producer, DJ, and visual artist from Montreal, Canada. He is best known for his solo work on BBE records and Wonderful Noise. Julien has also collaborated with various New Zealand acts such as Ladi 6, Opensouls, Fat Freddys Drop, and Sola Rosa. He attended the Red Bull Music Academy in Rome where he received drum lessons from Bernard Purdie and learned production tips from renowned guest lecturers.

Julien's debut solo album 'Pins and Digits' gained recognition from BBC DJ Gilles Peterson and Benji B. His second album 'Glimpse' is now available worldwide. He has toured extensively in New Zealand/Australia, Europe/UK, and recently completed a solo tour of Japan.

In addition to his music career, Julien is also a visual artist with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Auckland. His artwork has been exhibited throughout New Zealand and featured in various publications.
